Founded
in 1918, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA)
is the largest organization of its kind in the global amusement industry, with
over 5,000 facility, supplier, and individual members from more than 80
countries, including most amusement parks and attractions in the United States.
IAAPA strives to help members improve their efficiency, marketing, safety, and
profitability while maintaining the highest possible professional standards in
the industry.
I attended my first IAAPA convention in Orlando, FL from
11/13/01 to 11/19/01 and included time at other parks. This is a very
impressive convention and I will definitely return.
